Fulfillment

Order Processing takes 2-3 business days from the time you placed your order. Pickup Orders will receive a pickup ready email when the order is available for pickup. Orders Placed for shipping will ship from Vancouver, WA and should arrive within the timeframe specified by your chosen shipping method. Orders placed for Delivery will be delivered by our delivery driver at the next available route. Delivery routes Run only 6 times per year, so please refer to the delivery route calendar to ensure that the date is acceptable. If you would like to change from Delivery to Shipping at any point in time, please just send us an email 

Refund policy

 

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you would like to return or exchange within the first 30 days you may return Unopened and Unused products to us for a refund of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item (E.G. Unscented for Scented, Big Kid for Toddler Friendly), please send us an email to get the exchange approved before shipping it back to us. You will be responsible for your own return shipping as well as the shipping charge to mail out the new product.

 

Order Arrived Damaged
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email Customer Service with Pictures so that we can issue a replacement.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
 

Subscription Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

You can manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page. Subscriptions get a discount each month, so there is a 3-month minimum term. After your third month you can cancel your subscription whenever you like. 

Refund Timing
Once your return is received, inspected, and verified a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 Business days.

Non-returnable items:
- Used or Opened Products

- Seasonal items must be received 7 days before the Holiday takes place (E.G. Christmas Items must be received by December 18 for refund).

Shipping Fees


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/Exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
